The purpose of this study is to explore the impact mechanism between transformational leadership (TFL) and corporate entrepreneurship (CE) through cross-level analyses. Empowerment climate and psychological empowerment were chosen as the mediators. In this study, two versions of questionnaires were used: manager version and non-manager version. Data collected from multiple resources involving 143 managers and 258 non-managers belonging to 31 companies and 63 units. Using hierarchical linear models (HLM) for data analyses, the result indicated that: empowerment climate and psychological empowerment had mediating effects on the relationship between TFL and CE.
