This study aims to explore the impact mechanism between Transformational Leadership and Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) through cross-level analyses. Collective Efficacy and Network Ties are chosen as mediators. In this study, two types of questionnaires were used: manager version and non-manager version. Data collected from multiple resources involving 124 managers and 504 non-managers belonging to 31 companies and 63 units. Using Hierarchical Linear Models (HLM) for data analyses, the result indicated that: collective efficacy and network had partially mediating effects on the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Corporate Entrepreneurship.
