創業家還是經理人？如果你是創業家，當面臨企業的發展困境，是否具備企業家的動態能力，擁有資源基礎的優勢，盤點組織內外部資源，重新整合，充分發揮企業管理的能力，帶領組織渡過難關，重新創造企業新的核心競爭力，亦或身為經理人，透過企業管理的學習過程，吸取資源基礎的能量，儲存社會資源的量能，蓄勢待發，轉型成為創業家。希望能透過個案內容，進一步了解身為創業家與經理人的抉擇，在創業的過程中對於自我特質與擁有條件的分析，以動態能力、資源基礎、社會資本、企業管理四個面向作為探討，為即將步入創業的決策者先前做出內、外部檢視。面臨從2019年開始新冠疫情的爆發，許多企業都面臨相當嚴峻的考驗，在無法抗拒的環境下，動態能力，社會資本，企業管理，資源基礎也成為相當重要的翻轉能量，它能否帶領組織走出困境，突破重圍，謀取生存的機會進而創造新的企業核心價值，更增加了許多可能性。

Are you an entrepreneur or a manager? If you are an entrepreneur and are facing developmental enterprise quandary, do you have the benefit of fundamental resources or the dynamic ability leveraging internal and external assets to amplify, reintegrate, and propel the organization over hurdles? In order to do so, one will need to reinvigorate the competitive nature of the enterprise. Perhaps as a manager, through the learning process of business management, one can be ready to transform into an entrepreneur through the absorption of fundamental resources and societal reserves.
I hope to better understand the decision factors of entrepreneurs and managers through the content of a case study. Through a self-actualization analysis over the development of a business, I intend to discuss the following four topics, dynamic capabilities, fundamental resource, social capital and business management as entry and reflective criteria for baseline level business candidates. As many faced the spread of a pandemic in 2019, many businesses encountered unprecedented tests under irrefutable conditions. The four topics listed above also became critical elements that determined whether a business could survive and break through difficulties and have the endurance to seek opportunities and create novel core values.
