  • 線性壓電超音波馬達具有高度非線性及不確定項等問題,因此本研究針對線性壓電超音波馬達平台,使用文獻中所提出的函數近似法進行控制,並無另行開發創新之控制法則。依據文獻,首先以函數近似法(Function Approximation Technique, FAT)估測非線性時變未知項,利用回授線性化方法抵消,再賦予期望之線性系統,最後加上最佳控制理論中的線性二次追蹤控制器(linear quadratic regulator, LQ),根據調整之權重,重新極點配置,使其系統最佳化;實驗部分,本研究以不同的控制策略來比較控制器之性能,並經由定位、弦波軌跡追蹤、循圓軌跡追蹤等實驗,驗證確實能提升控制器之效能。


    The linear piezo-electric motors, or ultrasonic motors, are featured with high nonlinearities and modeling uncertainty which make the control of the piezo-electric motors very challenging. Thus, this research focuses on the piezo-electric motor stages by using control law which is proposed by reference. According to reference, the function approximation technique (FAT) is employed to estimate the unknown nonlinearity, and based on the feedback linearization approach the system is converted into a linearized form. The linear quadratic optimal control method is further integrated in order to ensure the performance of the system. The performance of the optimal FAT based controller is compared with traditional control methods experimentally via the regulation errors, sine-wave tracking errors, and the circular path tracking errors. The experimental results show that the proposed method yield better performance in spite of the presence of the unknown disturbances and nonlinearities.
