  • 隨著知識經濟時代的來臨,知識資產已成為企業在全球經濟市場上獲得財富的主要來源,同時,知識資產的價值會隨著使用而增加(Frey, 2001),因此強調在以知識為企業核心能力並影響組織競爭優勢的關鍵下,企業必須建立及維持一個強而有力的知識儲存和運作之組合,才能確保在知識密集的競爭下維持企業的競爭優勢(Birchall and Tovstiga, 2002)。本研究結合知識管理、學習理論以及資訊科技,並應用叡揚資訊所提供之Vitals/KM系統,建構一套輔助師生之間教學及知識儲存與分享的學習分享平台。藉由三者理念的結合與實施,促使教師、學生與同儕之間知識的分享、互動與交流,並能透過知識的妥善儲存,進而提升知識的品質與學習的成效及縮短學習的曲線,亦能達到自我省思、主動修正自我學習方式與知識建構及傳承的目標。

    本研究的研究方法主要運用文獻分析法為結合並應用KM系統之基礎,以實際建置「學習分享平台」,於系統驗證時,則採用個案研究法,對參與者進行深入訪談分析。本研究總計五項貢獻可供參考:(1)提供一套線上學習分享平台;(2)提供良好的系統功能與學習機制以支援研究生對研究知識的蒐集、儲存與分享,到論文研究提案的產生、演進等活動;(3)提升研究團隊累積研究能量的效率與品質並縮短於學習上所花費的時間;(4)將團隊成員於知識分享與溝通互動的過程中,所累積的研究知識與經驗記錄起來,以做為研究生未來研究之參考,有效地解決研究生於研究上所遇到之實務問題;(5)提供研究生整合便利的學習平台與教師兼容並蓄的教學平台。


    In the age of knowledge-based economy, the business environment and the competitive advantage change radically, knowledge is the most important capital and capability to influence the organization’s sustaining competitive advantage. Enterprises have to implement the powerful repository of knowledge to enhance firm’s ability to compete in knowledge-intensive environment. This study adopted knowledge management, study theory and information technology to construct a learning and sharing platform and applications using knowledge management system to encourage teachers and students to share the knowledges, and guiding teachers the right ways to educate students and helping students to achieve their learning efficiency.

    This study applies the document analytic method and case study method, the author use in-depth interviews for data collections. From this study, the author found the following findings: (1) Providing a learning and sharing platform; (2) Providing a good system function and learning mechanisms to support graduate to research the knowledge on the collection, storage and sharing; (3) enhance the efficiency, quality and study’s result for the research teams; (4) Recording the knowledge and experience of research, when the research teams sharing and communication each other; (5) Providing students a integrated learning platform with convenience, and providing teachers a facile education platform.
