In this study, quantitative approaches were utilized to investigate frameworks from both structural and individual viewpoints. Data samples were acquired from Indonesian manufacturing companies. Smart PLS 3.3 is utilized to examine the construct and hypothesis of the research. Moreover, the findings reveal that well-established relationships between enterprises and partners that employ collaborative culture have a significant influence on various types of knowledge sharing in supply chain which may be exploited to help companies develop innovative ideas. In conclusion, this research is a new model that can present the relationship between companies and partners on collaborative culture and knowledge sharing to improve organizational performance through supply chain innovation.
