    本研究利用紙本問卷回收888份樣本,採用PLS(Partial Least Squares Path Modeling,PLS Path Modeling)對研究模型進行分析。

In a dynamic and turbulent environment, knowledge based in organization represents a critical resource to create value and to develop and sustain competitive advantages. The purpose of this research is to explore how the enterprise using dynamic capabilities in order to improve innovation performance and what kind of social network connected by organization members can facilitate enhance knowledge management and increase organization absorptive capacity in the knowledge economy. In the part of social network, this study introduce advice networks and friendship networks to explore how the effect of knowledge sharing and extent of absorptive capacity, this study also discuss how the firm to take advantage of dynamic capabilities by dialogue.

This study based on 888 samples by questionnaires and the collected data were analyzed by Partial Least Squares (PLS) and to test the model. The results reveal that the centrality of friendship networks has a significant positive relationship with dialogue. We consider that the organization members can combine, expand and reframe their conceptual easily by friendship networks and dialogue also has a significant positive relationship with knowledge management and absorptive capacity. Also, the results same as the previous literature showed that knowledge management and absorptive capacity have a significant positive relationship with innovation performance.
