本論文是探討臺灣中小型紡織貿易公司所面對的品質無力管控以及公司內部人事衝突的問題並試圖運用供應鏈管理，衝突管理及需求管理等相關理論來提出改善良方。本文個案公司是一間紡織貿易公司，從買紗、織胚布、染整到後加工都委託長期配合的協力工廠處理。由於早期配合的協力廠因為缺乏外語能力及業務人才而需要仰賴紡織貿易公司的訂單生存，而紡織貿易公司運用這種商業模式也的確可以省下自行設立廠房的成本和開銷，以當年的時代環境是個雙贏的決策，但是，經過時空背景的轉換，協力工廠的第一代經營者已經有能力培養他們的第二代甚至第三代接班人，不僅提升外語能力，也有了自行接單的能力，協力廠改以生產自己直接外銷的訂單為優先，而紡織貿易公司在過去所占的優勢已經慢慢被取代，本個案公司也因為外部配合協力工廠對於訂單生產排程和順序而造成內部人事衝突，他們該如何轉型才能因應時代潮流永續經營是本論文的宗旨。

This case paper discusses the problems of quality control and internal personnel conflicts in Taiwanese small and medium-sized textile trading companies, and attempts to use supply chain management, conflict management, and demand management to propose improvements. The case company of this article is a textile trading company that has been entrusted with a long-term cooperation factory to deal with the purchase of yarn, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and post-processing. Due to the lack of foreign language ability and business talents, the early cooperation of the co-factory needed to rely on orders from the textile trading company. However, the textile trading company's use of this business model can indeed save the cost and expenses of setting up its own factories, in the era of the times. It is a win-win decision. However, after the transformation of the space-time background, the first-generation operators of cooperative factories have the ability to train their second-generation or even third-generation successors, not only to improve their foreign language ability, but also to have the ability to take orders on their own. The cooperative factory changed its priority to producing its own direct export orders, and the advantages of textile trading companies in the past have been gradually replaced. This case company also caused internal personnel conflicts due to external cooperation with the factory's schedule and order of production orders. It is the purpose of this paper to discuss how they can transform in order to respond to the trend of the times.
