個案公司身為食品業世界領導品牌之一,龐大事業體下品牌與產品種類繁多,靠著具競爭優勢的產品研究與發展及對品質的堅持與投資,才能維持公司百年優良的企業形象和績效。
營運一如往常的某天,公司突然發生主要客戶的下半年度需求在短期內調整,而已下單的原料訂單也無法再向原料供應商取消,這預期之外的狀況會產生約台幣兩仟萬的損失,個案公司應如何處理讓損失最小,也因為這場意外引發的一連串問題,讓公司管理階層必須檢視早已存在的跨部門衝突並未因部門調整而改變,接下來又該怎麼做才能讓公司營運繼續美好下去,以及如何繼續維持和客戶的友好關係?
本個案透過供應鏈管理與衝突管理探討部門整合,用資源拼湊以極小化原料的損失,與維持良好客戶關係。
The one of the world's leading companies in the food industry has many brands and categories, and has kept the best corporate image and performance in the past 100 years by relying on competitive products development and quality assurance.
One day, the company faced an unexpected issue and the supplier rejected to cancel order, so it would bear the loss of around NTD 20M. How to reduce the cost? This issue has caused a knock-on effect on a series of questions.
This thesis involves integration through supply chain management, conflict management, cost loss minimization of raw materials by resources bricolage and good customer relationships retention in the future.
