  • 個案公司以紙類包裝設計為主,早年以設計簡單且大量生產為獲利來源。而今合夥人多年經營,因權責不清加上理念不合,談判破局;不論與個人、客戶或是供應商皆有可能面臨溝通上的衝突,運用衝突管理,讓雙方達到一定的共識。個案經理人藉由公司內部整頓的機會,將產品設計方向做些調整,透過分析企業強勢、弱勢、機會與威脅,讓經理人瞭解公司在營運治理上的決策方向;訂立策略後,利用組織結構追隨策略方式,隨時因應變化,以獲取競爭優勢。未來面對全球經濟景氣與地緣政治因素,如何規劃適當的配置,區位經濟將會是個方向。

    本論文是以哈佛個案研究之方式進行撰寫,由個案中發生的合夥人之衝突,來探討組織結構與組織策略影響公司競爭策略的訂立,以及全球政經情勢影響個別產業的未來規劃。


    The case company’s core business is in paper packaging design. In the early years, the source of profit comes from simplicity design and mass production. Thought out the years, the conflicts increase between the founders of the company due to unclear authority and responsibilities, as well as philosophical differences. Conflicts include communication with individuals, customers, and suppliers. By using conflict management, it will allow the founders to reach a certain level of consensus. During the company’s internal re-organization process, the case manager made some adjustments to the product design direction. By analyzing the corporate’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, it enables the managers to understand the direction of the company's operational governance decisions. After setting the corporate’s strategy, adjusting organizational structure to meet the strategy and gain competitive advantage in response to accommodate the changes at any time. Facing the global economy and geopolitical factors uncertainty in the future, how to plan the appropriate allocation, regional economy will be the direction.

    This thesis is written as a Harvard case study. The conflict between the founders of the company in this case explores the organizational structure and strategy that affects the company's competitive strategy, as well as the global political and economic situation that affects the future planning of individual industries.
