本研究希望能從分析世界電影的趨勢與在科技進步的現今社會下，不同種的種科技對電影產業帶來的影響與改變底下，提出一個可以讓台灣電影長久走下去的經營模式。

本研究主要是探討台灣電影產業在科技發展的影響之下，以目前的狀況，運用波特五力分析與SWOT分析來檢視台灣電影產業的環境與市場，依照現今科技發展或技術的狀況，對台灣電影產業所產生的影響外，找出台灣電影產業與市場的優缺點後，提出建議的發展競爭策略與方向。

本研究發現，新的科技技術不僅影響了電影內容的製作方式，也改變了電影內容的傳播方式，不論是互聯網底下的大數據分析或者是人工智慧底下的智能化生產創作流程，這些都將改變台灣電影產業的流程與促進產業的升級。除了政府政策的改變與企業的支持外，利用新科技的力量改善台灣電影的製作方式，期待台灣電影在現今全球化電影產業的佈局裡面能有更蓬勃的發展。

This research hopes to propose a business model that allows Taiwanese films to continue for a long time from the analysis of the trend of world cinema and the influence and change of different kinds of technologies on the film industry in today's society of scientific and technological progress.

This research is mainly to explore the influence of Taiwan's film industry under the influence of scientific and technological development. Based on the current situation, using Porter's five-force analysis and SWOT analysis to examine the environment and market of Taiwan's film industry, according to the current state of technological development or technology, In addition to the impact of the Taiwanese film industry, after identifying the advantages and disadvantages of the Taiwanese film industry and the market, it proposes a development strategy and direction for development.

The study found that the new technology not only affects the way film content is produced, but also changes the way film content is transmitted. Whether it is big data analysis under the Internet or intelligent production creation process under artificial intelligence, these will change. The process of the Taiwanese film industry and the promotion of industrial upgrading. In addition to the changes in government policies and the support of enterprises, the use of new technologies to improve the way Taiwanese films are produced, I hope that Taiwanese films will have more vigorous development in the layout of today's global film industry.
