本文個案公司H飯店建成於1999年,至今已近20年之久,期間易主過至少三次,最近一次是在2012年,但是卻一直到2015年才進行新舊公司轉換,本個案所面臨的情境即是在面對公司內部的轉換,舊公司留任的主管及員工,尤其是留任後晉升的主管,與新到職的各部門主管所帶來的外部變化,加上政府政策的改變及勞動法令的修訂等,在此新舊組織、內外環境的磨合及衝擊之下,飯店的管理階層是否已準備好面對及因應的能力?
本論文分為個案本文及教師手冊二部份,本個案研究理論分為旅館管理、人力資源管理、組織行為、衝突管理等四個理論。本個案以星級旅館為引導,進而帶出旅館業的商品及特性;再透過人力資源管理討論擔任旅館經理人員應具備之職能;藉由組織、組織行為到組織公平,討論用人與賞罰標準因人而異的作法,以及對於其他部門主管及組織發展的影響;最後再以衝突管理來討論於飯店內新、舊組織的衝擊角力。
The case company H Hotel was built in 1999 and has been in business for nearly 20 years. During the period, it was changed at least three times. The most recent one was in 2012, but it was not until 2015 that the conversion of new and old companies was carried out. The situation is in the face of the internal transformation of the company, the executives and employees retained by the old company, especially the supervisors who are promoted after the appointment, and the external changes brought about by the new department heads, plus the changes in government policies and labor. Under the revision of the new and old organizations, the internal and external environments, and the impact of the new and old organizations, is the management of the H hotel ready to face and respond to the ability?
This thesis is divided into two parts: the case study and the teacher's manual. The case study theory is consisted of four theories: hotel management, human resource management, organizational behavior, and conflict management. Guided by star-rated hotels, this case study brings out the goods and features of the hotel industry. Then, it discusses the functions of hotel managers through human resources management discussions. Thereafter, from organization, organizational behaviors to organization fair, we further discuss the rules of employment, rewards and punishments varying from person to person, and the impact on the development of other department heads and organizations. Finally, based on the conflict management, this case study discusses the impact of new recruit and original organization on the hotel.
