  • 隨著外在商業模式快速變遷,「價值創新與轉型」是企業持續要面對的議 題,企業經營除了要聚焦核心競爭力、調整產品和市場及服務或技術層面的創 新之外,更該關注到管理創新、營運創新,甚至是商業模式的創新,也就是對 客戶整體價值的轉變,才能不被時代所淘汰。百年企業的發明家發明世紀最偉 大的發明其創新精神、企業文化、核心能力聚焦、關鍵決策、和對企業社會責 任的使命等特質,都是值得作為現今企業經營借鏡參考與學習的。


    With the rapid change of external business models, "value innovation, inheritance and transformation" is an issue that companies continue to face. In addition to focusing on core competitiveness, adjusting products and market and service or technological innovations, enterprise operations the focus should be on management innovation, operational innovation, and even business model innovation, that is, the transformation of the overall value of customers, in order not to be eliminated by the times. Centennial corporate inventors have invented the greatest inventions in the century, such as their innovative spirit, corporate culture, core competence focus, key decision-making, and mission to corporate social responsibility, all of which are worthy of reference and learning for today's corporate management.
