  •   生技製藥業是21世紀的明星產業,各國政府無不將生技製藥列為重要的發展產業之一,其中又以醫療健保市場為目前的主流。生技製藥屬於高科技產業,其產品研發與行銷的型態和其他產業不同。生技製藥業市場的供需和政府法令較為相關,例如:健保給付情況、專利的核發等,所以產業較不受經濟景氣影響,且受到各國政府的重視。
      本研究希望找出製藥廠在面對競爭環境時,如何降低離職率的措施,以提供製藥業未來提高員工工作滿足、降低員工離職意願、減少人員流動率之參考。
      本論文採問卷分析方式進行對研究主題之探討,並以Johnson & Johnson公司楊森大藥廠為研究對象,探討「工作滿足」、「領導風格」、「組織氣候」等因素及各種屬性業務人員對離職傾向的影響。
    研究結果發現如下:
    一、離職傾向會因工作滿足而產生差異,兩者呈現顯著關聯。
    二、離職傾向會因主管領導風格而產生差異,兩者呈現顯著關聯。
    三、離職傾向與組織氣候沒有關聯。
    四、離職傾向與人口屬性關聯不顯著。


    Biotechnology is the famous industry on 21st century. So governments list the biochnology as an importment industry to develop, especially medical healthcare in the mainstream of all. Medical healthcare lead to the highest technical industry, product development, marketing are different from other industries. The market supply and demand are related the government law and national insurancre payment, which are not affected by business cycle. Therefore every country’s government pays much attention to the Biotechnology industry.
    This study wants to examine for the way, when biotech company face challenge environment, how to reduce turnover rate and provide the pharmaceutical industry, enhances the staff as to work in the future satisfies degree, reduces the staff to leave job aspiration, and the reference of reduces the turnover rate.
    This study analyzed models by using questionnaire, the study collected the valid samples from Jansen-Cilag Taiwan of Johnson & Johnson company sales representatives to study the relationship among sales population, job satisfaction, leadership style, organization climate and turvover rate tendence.
    The outcomes of the study is stated in the following:
    1.There is correlation between turnover rate tendence and job satisfaction.
    2.There is significance between turnover rate tendence and leadership style.
    3.There isn’t correlation between turnover rate tendence and organization climate.
    4.There isn’t significance between turnover rate tendence and population charteristic.
