  • Internationalization was one of the factors that an organization need to put effort for reaching the global level, the purpose of this research was to measuring the job satisfaction level of internationalization from foreign professor perspective on National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST). Herzberg Two Factor theory was used to construct the research questions to have a deeper understanding about the job satisfaction level through qualitative method by interviewing two foreign professors on NTUST to gain their perspective to cover this research topic.
    As a major conclusion, NTUST already bring a great management for their people, including foreign employee but there are many obstacles that being felt based on the interviewee perspective about being marginalized and difficult to compete with local employee because of the cultural and language gap. Taiwan regulation about taxing also giving contribution about their satisfaction. In other words, internationalization process was a difficult stage to reach for organization, and through this case study a better understanding and improvement hopefully be able to achieved.
