  • 市面上的產品外觀不斷的推陳出新,使得產品在操作與使用時產品所呈現的方式也越來越多樣。而人類在操作產品的同時,是仰賴過去記憶對於類比使用方式和傳統上對於產品的操作認知。本創作研究目的旨在了解產品操作背後的使用經驗進而提供產品造型及使用經驗的另一個向度。

      本研究提出「操作所產生的新奇感受」概念及定義,其歸納出二項設計操作模式(1) 經驗相同之操作新奇、(2)經驗相異之操作新奇。希望透過二種不同得操作感受,與過去記憶和經驗的連結,提供一個創新並且讓使用者留下深刻的印象,使得操作變為產品的主軸,提升產品商業價值及消費者對於產品情感之認同。

    本論文以創作的方式,運用不同的操作經驗轉化,以呈現前端研究所得之概念,依不同操作方式分別為:(一)窗聲,透過開窗的操作經驗,藉由窗戶開啟的大小,來控制喇叭的音量。(二)拉鍊風扇,以擬人的方式,透過人類熱的時候會拉開拉鍊透風,來控制風的啟動開關。(三)書掛立燈,透過掛書操作的模式類比開與關,將開關融入行為模式中。


      While the appearance of products are improved rapidly , it also diversifies the way we operate products. The way of how we use and operate a product is highly depended on the analogical usage and the awareness of operation in a product. The aim of this practice-led research is to uncover the experience behind product operation and provide another dimension for linking the product form and user experience.

      This research purposes a concept for product operation by defining two modes of operation, and they are the operation novelty with the same experience and operation novelty with different experience. Based the operation found in the analysis, three design works are developed. We hope that they can serve as examples to enhance the commercial value and consumer products emotional identity.
        
      This series creation realized the previous analysis conclusion through converting different user experiences from daily objects. Sorted by the operation, three concepts thus appeared. (1) Sound Window, by visualizing the motion of opening the window, the volume of the speaker alters as it opened wide or narrow; (2) Zipper Fan, this project brings surprising effect to people through impersonating that we always loosen our zipper whenever feeling hot, unexpectedly that the switch of the fan is actually controlled by the external zipper; (3) Hanging Book Lamp, comparing the behavior of hanging the book as the on and off of the lamp, coherence to our intuition in action.
