在面臨國際市場的強大競爭壓力以及全球景氣急速變化下，為瞭解DRAM模組產業推動OHSAS18001職業安全衛生管理系統的概況，並藉由推行此管理系統，來提昇DRAM模組產業達到一個高標準且舒適的工作場所。有效的推動及落實高標準OHSAS18001職業安全衛生管理系統，對企業來說已是個正式課題。
在推動OHSAS18001管理系統，企業最先需進行危害辦識(Hazard Identification)及風險評估，以便從中找出必要的降低危害產生及消防風險的方法。在採取主動式風險評估管理時，需對每項認為必要事件考慮會風險發生的機率以及事件的嚴重性，訂定控制風險的重要性指標，並藉由消除、替代、工程控制、管理、教育訓練、及相關的防護器具來減少降低危害產生，減少企業成本的大量支出。
本研究乃針對DRAM模組產業規劃執行OHSAS18001作探討，企業應以現行管理系統為架構，結合政府於2009年要推行的[台灣職業安全衛生管理指引](TOSHMS)系統，透過系統整合輔以國內外相關文獻、期刊、論文及深入觀察，面對現行的市場競爭找出問題點進行改善。藉以達成企業提昇競爭永續經營的的目標。

Under the situation that facing the pressure of challenge from international marketing and the decrease of whole-world economics, the industry of DRAM has promoted the career security and health management system, named OHSAS18001. Building up this management system, it is quite possible to provide a high-standard and comfortable environment for DRAM engineer. Hence, how to effectively fulfill the requirement of OHSAS18001 becomes an essential issue for an enterprise.

While promoting the OHSAS18001 management system, an enterprise has to perform hazard identification and risk evaluation first. This can help an enterprise figure out an solution for reducing potential damage. In case that an active risk evaluation is performed, before define the criteria of monitoring risk, it is necessary to consider the occurrence possibility and cost of hazard. Aside from, elimination, substitution, project control, management, education, and related protection equipment are also helpful to reduce the hazard to decrease the cost.

In this study, we focus on the discussion about how an enterprise of DRAM to confirm and execute OHSAS18001. To launch the system, an enterprise shall first combine the architecture of existing management systems with TOSHMS proposed by the government in 2009. Furthermore, an enterprise has to integrate the marketing observation with referred literature and find out the weakness. This may lead to the achievement that an enterprise is able to last for a long period
