目前經濟部標準檢驗局自80年起開始受理ISO 9001管理系統驗證，迄今已屆滿15年，期間為順應國際趨勢及驗證市場需求，陸續於85年及92年開辦ISO 14001 及 OHSAS 18001 驗證業務，秉持嚴謹執行評鑑及提供廠商滿意服務之立場，協助廠商提升品質管理、環境管理及職業安全衛生管理等系統之水準。多年來經濟部標準檢驗局驗證之結果及公信力雖獲廠商肯定，但不可諱言仍有許多缺失尚待改正。
為瞭解驗證作業中，來自評審人員、廠商的看法及期望，本研究係以經濟部標準檢驗局設計之問卷調查，來探討及了解評審人員之認知及感受問題：

問卷以為經濟部標準檢驗局評審人員為調查對象，問卷回收結果將以Microsoft Excel軟體執行輸入及計算，採加權平均數之方式展現趨勢，並視需要以分層或交叉方式進行分析及比較，以提出綜合性之調查結果及建議資訊改善之參考。

Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) is the authority in charge of ISO 9001 management system certification since 1991. BSMI is responsible for certification work more than 15 years. In order to accommodate to international tendency and market demand during this period, it took over ISO 14001 certification in 1996 and OHSAS 18001 certification in 2003. BSMI holds its ground on executing certification work strictly and providing best service to the organization, and assists the organization to enhance the level of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management. Although the certification result and the justice of BSMI has been confirmed by the organization, BSMI still has some defects need to be corrected.
To understand the viewpoints and expectations of the auditor and the organization during the process of certification, this study is based on a questionnaire designed by BSMI to find out the cognition and the experience of auditors. The questionnaire is mainly on the below 5 points:

1. The Organization Feedback
2. Certification and Re-certification Work
3. Administration Work
4. On Site Operation
5. The latest way of certification required by BSMI

The investigated object of this questionnaire is focus on auditors of BSMI. The result of this questionnaire will be inputted and calculated by Microsoft EXCEL. All of the collected data are analyzed by statistical method, and the average is adopted to show the tendency. In addition, it uses stratified and cross method to analyze and compare data in order to submit a comprehensive investigated result and suggest information improvement for reference.
