  • 在快速變動的競爭環境中,委外策略或水平整合已經成為常見的商業實務,因此如何規劃適合的供應鏈設計策略,對企業而言是非常關鍵的。在本研究中,以產品特徵為基礎,呈現出供應鏈設計的方法,形成專注的供應鏈。
    DWV3產品分類系統已經被證實為一種有用的分析工具,其中包含五個重要的產品屬性,分別為產品生命週期、交貨前置時間、需求量、產品種類以及需求變異,利用這五個變數可將產品區分為不同的族群,不同的產品族群即會顯現出明顯的差異性。
    本研究將以國內知名的DRAM模組廠為個案研究對象,為了瞭解個案公司的供應鏈概況,應用了供應鏈mapping的原則,描繪出目前該公司產品的三種主要供應鏈map,分別為DRAM模組類供應鏈map、Flash產品類供應鏈map以及委外製造類產品供應鏈map。接著本研究將DWV3系統應用至個案公司產品的分類上,區分出三群焦點產品,並且建議分別對應接單生產(MTO)、存貨生產策略(MTS)以及接單組裝(ATO)等策略。
    最後,針對每一種供應鏈策略的特性,分別建議了適合的生產規劃與控制系統組合,以形成一個較具完整性的探討,以作為業界在選擇供適當的應鏈策略時的參考依據。


    In the fast changing competitive environment, out sourcing or horizontal integration become common business practices. Thus, it is important to have a suitable designing strategy to give business sustainable competitive advantage. In this study, a supply chain designing approach based on product characteristics to form a focused supply chain is presented.
    DWV3 approach has been proven as a useful analytic tool. Data from a well-known hi-tech Taiwanese company is collected and apply supply chain mapping principle to form three focused supply chains, such as DRAM modular supply chain, Flash product supply chain and outsourcing component supply chain. Three different production models are proposed accordingly to meet the customer demand.
    Finally, production planning and control mechanics are suggested for each focused supply chain as well. The whole study could be used by real world practitioners as an example to develop their supply chain strategy.
