隨著工業的蓬勃發展,全球各大產業客戶不斷增加,對產品的需求精度要求越來越高、交貨時間要求也越來越緊迫。在市場的激烈競爭中,如果各家業者在整體服務不完整下將導致市場發展受限。在此情況下,產生了以服務為出發點,創新的營運模型為基礎,以作為突破市場限制的出發點,目的在激烈的競爭環境中能脫穎而出。雖然在實務上有許多的創新營運模型被提出並應用,但於學術上對於在實施前的相關評估及檢測的研究並不多。本研究以系統動態學為方法,以學術的分析與驗證對企業的多元營運模型做實施前的建模、檢測與評估。本研究所探討之多元營運模型係以分期付款、經銷商、應收帳款轉讓、無中介服務等多維度服務項目組合而成。本研究議題有以下三點:1.提出適合且具可行性之創新營運模型;2.以系統動態學進行各營運模型之建模與敏感度分析,以評估各營運模型之優勢;3.協助企業評估各營運模型之運用條件與時機。本研究並以國內某量測儀器公司為個案進行探討。本研究所提出之創新營運模型,預期能夠達到業者實體與財務之避險功能,有效提升業者利潤。本研究結果得到以下結論:1.本研究提出之多元創新營運模式,能有效提升顧客購買意願,並透過風險分攤,使本個案研究公司達到穩定獲利之效;2.系統動態學可針對各種情境做模擬分析與評估,以瞭解策略實施時系統可能產生的變化。
With the vigorous development of industry, major industries all over the world have increasing clients, and they demand higher accuracy of products and shorter time of delivery. In the keen marketing competition, the market development will be limited due to the incomplete services which industries provide. Under this situation, we purposed innovative business models based on multiple services and risk avoidance, to stand out in this fierce competition.
Although a lot of innovative business models were purposed and put into practice, there are few academic researches about evaluation and test of innovative business models before execution. In this research, we simulated and evaluated the multiple business models by using system dynamics before putting the multiple business models into practice. Cooperating with dealer and rental companies, this research proposed four business models from the view of inventory and cash flow risk avoidance.
The research issues are as follows: 1. To purpose potentially effective innovative business models. 2. To evaluate these innovative business models’ advantages by system dynamic simulation. 3. To assist business with application of these innovative business models.
The research took a case study based on the domestic measurement equipment company. The research, based on the design of cash flow and logistics, will discuss about an innovative model with abilities to avoiding risks and improve operation efficiency.
As a conclusion to our research, we concluded that: 1.The innovative model proposed in this research can not only increase consumers’ interests in purchase, but also help equipment companies to avoid inventory and financial risks. And 2.System dynamics is applied to simulate a variety of situations and evaluate the business models to understand the possible changes before putting the multiple business models into practice.
