  • 隨著科技發展,工業電腦在工廠自動化領域,誔生許多新的應用與技術。其中 人工智慧領域的機器視覺、預防性維護、深度學習訓練與推論,因應物聯網而市 場規模愈來愈大的物聯網閘道器、有安全性與即時性的邊緣運算等應用讓工業電 腦有了更大的市場。在大廠跨足工業電腦、低成本領導等策略之下市場上競爭愈 來愈激烈。市場認同企業推出的產品是企業能永續經營的原因之一。經過市場分 析後規劃公司未來三年的技術藍圖來提高市佔率與營業額是本論文的目的。本研 究透過PEST來分析總體環境、波特五力分析來分析產業、透過市場調查公司報 告來分析市場、用SWOT分析來個案公司的內部優劣勢與外部的機會與威脅、再 用波士頓矩陣來產品線上的各產品的表現。最後,把外部環境驅動因子、個案公 司優劣勢等因素,透過技術藍圖來規劃符合市場與技術的產品研發藍圖。本研究 探討個案公司三年的研發藍圖,透過研究規劃出符合市場與趨勢的產品。透過適 度改善開發流程、彈性模組化設計來加速來快速滿足不同產業的客戶需求而達到 更高的營收。


    With the development of science and technology, many new applications and technologies have emerged. Among them, applications of artificial intelligence (AI) such as machine vision, preventive maintenance, deep learning training and inference let industrial computer have a bigger market. Besides applications of AI, internet of things (IOT) gateways and edge computing which has characteristic of safety and immediacy are also making industrial computer market bigger. Competition in the market is becoming more and more fierce under the strategies of leading by low cost and stepping into industrial computer field by large manufacturers. The market recognizes that the products launched by enterprises are one of the reasons that enterprises can operate continuously. After market analysis, this study aims to plan the company's technical roadmap for the next three years to increase market share and turnover.
    This research uses PEST to analyze the overall environment, Porter’s five forces analysis to analyze the industry, and market research company reports to analyze the market. After that, this study uses SWOT analysis to analyze the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and threats, and then use the Boston matrix to analysis the performance of each product in product line. Finally, the external environment driving factors, the strengths, and weaknesses of the individual company, etc., are used to plan product technology roadmap that conform to the market and technology through the technical blueprint.
    The goal of this research is to plan a three-year product roadmap for the case company. Through research and planning, products that meet the market and trends can be found. By the appropriate improvement of the development process and flexible modular design, the needs of customers in different industries can be met quickly that can achieve higher revenue.
