  • 根據國家發展委員會發布的一份資料裡,名為「中華民國人口推估(2018年至2065年)」[1]顯示,台灣總人口數將自2022年轉為負成長且台灣的人口紅利將於2027年消失;再將資料與2018年相比,2030年工作年齡人口將降至1515萬人,減幅約1成;從現階段高齡社會邁向超高齡社會,人口紅利逐漸消退,就業人口的區段裡已逐年在削弱競爭力,所以產業自動化,智能化勢必行的趨勢。
    工業4.0 (Industry 4.0),電子與資訊技術之應用日益增加,讓生產流程可以由數位並智慧自動化推動製造業的數位化轉型,也意味著藉由數據、分析、人機互動和數位實體轉換等四大關鍵技術所推動。
    個案公司為電子專業製造服務,主要負責設計、製造、測試、成品運輸、退貨或維修等後勤支援服務,提供的是知識與管理的服務,所服務的客戶大都是各個領域的頂尖品牌,對於合作廠商的要求非常嚴苛;競爭對手則都是同業之中的佼佼者,實力堅強,唯有持續提升競爭力,使終端客戶與生產者、供應商之間,整條供應鏈與價值鏈沒有時差、沒有誤差能全部串聯雙向互動,可提升效率、增加彈性、降低成本、提升產業競爭力,幫客戶創造價值。
    本研究是以個案公司目前狀態與優、弱勢,朝少量多樣且品質高的智能製造進化,以伺服器產品線為例,開發客製化生產智造之軟體系統研究步驟係先利用生產製造於政治、經濟、社會、科技等四項因素來檢視外在環境的趨勢,再以供應商之間的競爭關係、潛在新進者的威脅、替代品產品的威脅、買方的議價力量、以及供應商的議價力量彼此相互影響的因素,來取得軟體系統發展上相對有利的條件。其次,運用強弱危機綜合分析來找出企業本身內部優勢及劣勢和面臨外部機會及威脅來檢視個案公司現有以及未來生產管理的軟體開發規劃並搭配研究競爭對手相關軟體系統,來找出個案公司在智能製造的契機,最後綜合所有的產業分析專業工具來制定出個案公司未來三年的策略技術藍圖。使得個案公司能夠在競爭激烈的市場中找到相對且能短期著手的差異化優勢並逐步的投入相關的軟體系統模組開發和全球佈局,來達到企業產品永續經營發展的目標。

    According to the National Development Commission's "Republic of China Population Estimates (2018-2065)", the results show that the total population will turn negative from 2022 and Taiwan's demographic dividend will disappear in 2027 and compared with 2018, the working-age population will be reduced to 15.15 million in 2030, about 10% reduction and turn from an advanced society to an ultra-elderly society, the demographic dividend has gradually subsided. The trend of intelligentization is imperative.
    Industry 4.0, the application of electronics and information technology is increasing, so that the production process can be driven by digital and intelligent automation to promote the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, which also means that through data, analysis, human-computer interaction and digital entity conversion to be promoted by the four key technologies.
    The case company is a professional electronics manufacturer, which is mainly responsible for design, manufacturing, testing, finished product transportation, return or repair, etc. It provides knowledge and management services. Most of the customers served are top brands in various fields and the company has strict requirements to the suppliers, and the competitors are exceptional in the industry as well, with strong strength, continuously improve their competitiveness, so there is no time difference among the end customer, producer and supplier to the entire supply chain and the value chain. No errors and all two-way interactions can be connected in series, which can improve efficiency, increase flexibility, reduce costs, enhance industrial competitiveness, and help customers create value.
    This research is based on the current status and advantages/disadvantages of the case company, and evolves towards a small quantity, but with various and high-quality intelligent manufacturing. Takes the server product line as an example, developing a customized and intelligent manufacturing software system is to first used in manufacturing and politics, economy, society and technology are the factors to examine the trend of the external environment, and then use the competitive relationship between suppliers, the threat of potential newcomers, the threat of alternative products, the buyer ’s bargaining power, and the supplier ’s bargaining forces influence each other to obtain relatively favorable conditions for the development of software systems. Secondly, use the comprehensive analysis of the strength and weakness crisis to find out the internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise itself and face external opportunities and threats to review the current and future production management software development plans of the case company and to study the relevant software systems of competitors to find out the case company ’s opportunity of intelligent manufacturing, and finally integrate all the professional tools of industry analysis to formulate a strategic blueprint for the case company in the next three years. It enables case companies to find relative and short-term differentiated advantages in a fiercely
    competitive market and gradually invest in the development of software system modules and global layout to achieve the goal of sustainable product development.
