本論文針對連續沖模製程中的剪邊加工來進行探討,剪邊沖頭在沖壓加工上的目的是為了剪裁出板金件的幾何外型,而板金件在外型上常因為有尖角的幾何,所以剪邊沖頭也必須有相同的加工能力來裁剪出尖角幾何,但在沖頭的加工過程中,因為加工的限制,使得沖頭的幾何外型上會有無法加工的餘料區域,因此板金件的尖角幾何也無法加工成型。為克服上述的缺點,本研究將探討如何將剪邊沖頭分割為數個容易加工成型且不會有餘料區域的小沖頭,並在沖壓加工上分布於不同的站程來加工出板金件的尖角幾何。本研究使用Pro/Toolkit擷取板料的幾何資料,且利用向量外積來定義剪邊區域的轉角形式,最後提出沖頭斷面分割的方法。
在系統開發方面,本研究使用Pro/Toolkit及Visual C++的MFC為軟體開發工具,在Pro/ENGINEER下建立系統介面,並以數個剪邊區域板料為案例,對板料進行分割,藉此印證本論文所提研究方法的可行性。
This study targets the investigation of trimming operations during progressive pressing. During the pressing process, the pressing head of the trimmer cuts the geometric outline of the metal strip component. Since the outline of the metal strip often contains sharp angles, the pressing head of the trimmer must also be able to cut out sharp angles. During processes that involve the use of the pressing head, due to the processing limitation, the geometric outlines of the pressing head contain residual areas that cannot be processed. As a result, the sharp geometric property of the metal strip cannot be processed to form shapes. To overcome these obstacles, this study investigates the division of the pressing head of the trimmer into smaller trimmers. These smaller trimmers are easier for processing and forming shapes and they do not contain the residual areas which are unable to be processed. In the pressing tooling process, they are also distributed in different standing locations to process sharp geometric angles on the metal strips. In this study, we used Pro/Toolkit to extract geometric information about the strip, and used the vector product to define the forms of corners in the trimming area. A method for dividing the sections of the pressing head is proposed.
In terms of system development, our study uses Pro/Toolkit and MFC in Visual C++ as the software tools. System interfaces are built within Pro/Engineer. Several trimming areas of the strip are used in a case study. Strips are cut to verify the feasibility of the research method proposed in this study.
