本論文針對重疊扇葉之軸流風扇所造成的倒勾(Undercut)模具干涉問題進行探討,提出以母模仁透過螺旋的方式,產生無干涉之脫模軌跡,有別於以往重疊扇葉以輻射滑塊的開模方式,藉此降低模具成本,提高開模效率。所提的方法處理程序包括:(1)在干涉區間定義出無干涉區域的範圍;(2)在無干涉區域的範圍中,藉由自動化干涉檢測找出無干涉軌跡;(3)依據無干涉軌跡建立無干涉導引溝槽。
在實例驗證方面,本論文使用Pro/Toolkit及Visual C++為核心程式,開發一套在Pro/ENGINEER®視窗下的操作軟體,自動化檢測出無干涉脫模的路徑及建立無干涉的導引溝槽,並且於軟體中加入模具脫模之動態模擬功能,藉此驗證無干涉脫模軌跡的正確性。
This research investigates the feasibility of applying a helical-type trajectory to conduct mold opening of fan-blades which possess overlapped geometry between blades. The goal is to improve the traditional way of using many slides in mold inserts, which causes high cost in molding. The research issues include: (1) define the interference-free region for moving the mold cavity, (2) using the function of interference checking to find the feasible helical trajectory, and (3) crate a guiding slot through the use of the trajectory.
To verify the proposed methodology, this thesis uses Pro/Toolkit and Visual C++ to develop the programming codes so that the helical trajectory can be automatically found from the Pro/ENGINEER mold-cavity model of a fan. 3D animation of the whole mold-opening process is also developed. It is concluded that the research results contribute the development of mold cavity for overlapped fan-blades in an automation manner, and also in little time-span.
