  • 在這個科技發達的時代,民眾的生活習慣逐漸改變,更因為行動裝置技術的進步,使人們從傳統的現金交易模式,變成今天可以使用行動支付系統來進行消費,帶來更便利的金融服務。特別在新冠肺炎疫情的影響下,越來越多的消費者進行無現金交易,在政府及企業的推動下,行動支付的發展已是未來不可逆的趨勢。隨著行動支付日漸普及,眾多業者也發展出各具特色的行動支付APP,期望能夠被消費者所青睞,進而持續使用自身的行動支付APP。承上述,本研究以行動支付為題,嘗試在競爭激烈的行動支付市場,探討消費者持續使用行動支付之因素。本研究使用科技接受模型與IS接受後持續使用模式為基礎,配合確認程度、信任程度與滿意程度等變數進行分析,探討行動支付的消費者持續使用之因素。研究結果發現:
    (1)確認程度對於知覺有用性、滿意程度及信任程度有顯著影響。
    (2)知覺有用性對於滿意程度有顯著影響。
    (3)信任程度對於滿意程度有顯著影響。
    (4)滿意程度與信任程度對持續使用意圖有顯著影響。
    研究成果顯示,提升使用者的信任度與滿意度,能夠直接影響使用者的持續使用意圖,而確認程度又直接影響信任度與滿意度。行動支付後的體驗若能符合使用者期望,有助於增加消費者持續使用的意願。本研究因時間與資源之限制,採取橫斷性之研究,建議未來研究者可針對不同影響因素進行研究,同時進行較長時間的追蹤、觀察,將有助於日後行動支付工具之應用與發展。


    In this technologically advanced age, people's living habits are gradually changing, and because of the advancement of mobile device technology, people have changed from the traditional cash transaction mode to today's mobile payment system for consumption, bringing more convenient financial services. Especially under the influence of Covid-19 epidemic, more and more consumers are conducting cashless transactions. Driven by the government and enterprises, the development of mobile payment is an irreversible trend in the future. With the increasing popularity of mobile payment, many operators have also developed mobile payment APPs with their own characteristics, hoping to be favored by consumers, and then continue to use their own mobile payment APPs. In view of the above, this research takes mobile payment as the theme, trying to explore the factors that effect consumers to continue using mobile payment in the highly competitive mobile payment market. This study uses the technology acceptance model and the continuous use model after IS acceptance as the basis, and analyzes the factors such as the degree of confirmation, the degree of trust and the degree of satisfaction, and explores the factors of consumers' continuous use of mobile payment. The results are as following:
    (1) The degree of confirmation has a significant impact on perceived usefulness, satisfaction and trust.
    (2) Perceived usefulness has a significant impact on satisfaction.
    (3) The degree of trust has a significant impact on the degree of satisfaction.
    (4) Satisfaction and trust have a significant impact on continued use intention.
    The research results show that improving the user's trust and satisfaction can directly affect the user's continued use intention, and the degree of confirmation directly affects the trust and satisfaction. If the experience after mobile payment can meet the users’ expectations, it will help increase the willingness of consumers to continue to use. Due to the limitation of time and resources, this study adopts a cross-sectional study. It is suggested that future researchers can conduct research on different influencing factors, and conduct long-term tracking and observation at the same time, which will help the application and development of mobile payment tools in the future.
