大中華地區老齡化問題日益嚴重,用戶結構從年輕人向長者蔓延,但目前市面上與電子產品有關的介面設計大多迎合年輕族群的需要,幾乎沒有針對長者友善的介面設計。「樂樂活大家講」是一款專為長者設計的響應式線上問卷調查網站,支持智慧型手機、平板及電腦的使用操作,網站的設計以長者使用經驗為中心,結合商業有續性和技術可行性的考量,在半年左右的時間創建而成。本論文以使用者經驗為中心,通過觀察法、訪談法等質化研究結合量化問卷,首次對長者操作線上調查問卷的使用經驗做研究,希望提出一套幫助長者順利進行線上問卷填答的網站設計,可以解決長者在填答查過程中遇到的易用性問題並提高使用者經驗。研究結果表明,設計後的線上問卷與原有問卷系統相比,易用性有了大幅提高。研究結論有如下四點:一:長者在操作數位裝置(電腦、平板、智慧型手機)有關於視覺、手勢、認知或數位能力方面的問題。二、本研究針對長者的操作問題采用不同的設計解法,經過多次測試驗證,提煉出長者友善線上調查問卷設計經驗總結,以供未來相關研究的參考。三、進行產品介面設計,從長者族群操作的角度思考可以作為側面檢視介面易用性的一個方式。四、本研究與四類特質相對應的設計解法對其他用戶也存在設計適用性,可以作為設計參考。
Greater China Region is a rapidly aging society. Nowadays, the wave of using g high technology products is spreading from the young to the elderly. However, most of the product interfaces on the market are designed to satisfy the needs of young people and often neglect older people. Happy Life Survey is a responsive online survey website designed for the older people, being accessible via smartphones, tablets, and computers. The website design is based on the experience of the older people, and in consideration of commercial viability and technical feasibility. This paper combines observational method, interview method with quantitative questionnaire. This paper firstly research on the senior-friendly online survey website design for older people. It is hoped that this research can help the older people to fill in the survey successfully, which can solve the usability problems and improve the user experience. In summary, the study has reached four conclusions. Conclusion 1: We found the issues of the older people during their operation of digital devices (computer, tablet, smartphone) are eyesight, hand gesture, cognition, and their digital ability. Conclusion 2: This study tested different solutions to improve the operation process for the older people, and after many test verification, the study has come up with design guidelines as the future reference. Conclusion 3: In terms of product interface design, thinking from the perspective of the elderly can be a way to test the product usability. Conclusion 4: The design solution corresponding to the four types of characteristics in this study is also applicable to other users and can be used as a design reference.
