  • 在整個勞動力的大環境改變下,中高齡員工在整體勞動力的比例日益趨重,如何妥善運用中高齡勞動力已經是企業要去面對的課題,然而現今的相關研究仍相當稀少。本研究以主觀生涯成功來探討員工工作滿意度情況,並將成功老化作為中介變數,探討工作滿意度的程度是否會在成功老化的影響下而產生影響。本文是以問卷發放方式進行調查,並以45歲以上的企業工作者為問卷發放對象,共發放419份問卷。研究結果發現,中高齡員工從工作經驗中展現主觀生涯成功狀態,對於未來的不安全感就會減少,並且擁有良好的心智狀態,進而達到積極樂觀且正向的成功老化;員工若具有成功老化的狀態,在工作時較能獲得成就感及自信而產生正面的結果,使員工提高其工作滿意度。


    Changing in the environment of the entire labor force, the whole proportion of older employees in the workforce becoming increasingly important, and how properly using the middle age and elderly age of labor is already a problem that many business need to face. However, this research is still quite rare nowadays. In this study, subjective career success to investigate the situation of job satisfaction and the degree of successful aging as a mediating variables ,to explore whether the degree of job satisfaction have an impact at the successful aging. This article is distributed by way of a questionnaire survey, and over 45 years of corporate workers to the questionnaire, and we totally have 419 questionnaires. This study found that the middle age and elderly age of labor in the state to show the subjective career success from the work experience for insecurity in the future will be reduced, and have a good mental state, thus they would achieve a positive and optimistic and positive successful aging; if staff having successful aging, are able to get a better sense of accomplishment, self-confidence and a positive result in their work place. Employees can improve their job satisfaction.
