Old Village 致力於打造精緻美味的正宗娘惹菜,傳承與發揚中華美食要點和馬來
香料的精髓。有別於新加坡其他只針對高端消費群體的娘惹餐廳,Old Village 潛
心為普通老百姓推出了一系列物美價廉的地道娘惹美食,力圖打破美食的階層界
限。本文採用定性與定量結合的研究方法對Old Village 的經營藍圖進行了全面
深入數理。本文的理論基礎包括:創業理論、戰略管理理論、市場行銷理論。文
章重點分析Old Village 的市場拓展情況,分析工具包括經典的PEST 模型、五力
分析模型和SWOT 模型。這些工具從多角度透徹剖析了Old Village 所面臨的的
種種機遇和挑戰,為Old Village 的高層提供了有效的管理調整資訊。
Old Village is dedicated to creating authentic, exquisite and delicious Peranakan cuisine, inheriting and promoting the essence of Chinese cuisine and Malay spices. Unlike many other restaurants in Singapore, which only cater to high-end restaurants, Old Village has made great efforts to break down the class boundaries of food by offering a range of authentic Peranakan dishes at affordable prices for the common people. This paper adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth mathematical study of the business blueprint of Old Village. The theoretical basis of this paper includes: entrepreneurship theory, strategic management theory, marketing theory. This paper focuses on analyzing the market expansion of Old Village. The analysis tools include the classic PEST model, the five forces analysis model and the SWOT model. These tools have thoroughly analyzed various opportunities and challenges faced by Old Village from multiple perspectives,and provided effective management adjustment information for the senior management of Old Village.
