科學地制定經營策略是醫院經營成功的關鍵。醫院經營策略是把經營和策略緊密結合起來，是醫院期望達到經營目標的經營邏輯，具有總體性、方向性、長遠性。如果醫院缺乏明確的整體經營策略，其經營就可能迷失前進的方向，甚至走向致命的深淵。醫院要想在激烈的競爭中立於不敗之地，則應尋找適合自身發展和經營的管理方式，醫院的工作應隨著市場的變化而變化，深入研究醫療服務的經營特徵，隨時調整經營策略，以期達到病人和醫院的雙贏。
本研究採用文獻探討法和深度訪談法，以國軍北投醫院為個案研究物件，收集國軍北投醫院成立與經營過程中的相關資料，探討個案成立的背景與經營策略。研究對於醫療產業的概況、策略的定義和類型、企業內外部環境分析方法、以及醫療產業策略聯盟型態等方面給予介紹，並對國軍北投醫院的實際經營情況進行分析，包括對醫院的SWOT分析和五力分析，同時對國軍北投醫院的經營策略提出建議，並指出本研究的研究限制。
本研究的重要發現：本研究收集國內外文獻對醫院經營策略的探討，並對國軍北投醫院進行總體環境、五力和SWOT分析，提出了適合國軍北投醫院現在的經營策略：軍醫使命，國軍優先；社區健康，全體動員；全人關懷，顧客至上；服務品質，持續提升；醫療照護，連續整合；教學研究，創新精進；實行“以人為本”的策略；實施人才強院策略。

ABSTRACT

Scientifically establishing management strategies is the key to a successful hospital management. The management strategies of hospital, which combined management with strategy tightly and is the goal expected to achieve, are whole, directional and long-termed. If the hospital lack of specific goal, its management may lose the direction of development, even walk up to a mortal abyss. In order to win in the fierce competition, the hospital should look for a suitable management method, change their management as market’s change, deeply study the management characters of hospital and adjust management strategies momentarily.
We use two methods, Literature Discussing and Depth Interviewing, to discuss the hospital’s background and management strategies. Our study includes the overview of medical industry, the definition and types of strategy, the internal and external environment analysis of enterprise, and the introduction of medical industry’s strategic alliance. We also analysis the case-hospital’s management status, which contains the SWOT and Five Forces analysis. At the same time , we give some advise about management strategy to the hospital, and point out the restriction of our study.
The important findings of our study: by collecting domestic and overseas literatures about hospital management strategy and analysing the internal and external environment of the hospital, we put forward some proper suggestion to the case-hospital,which includes:
1.Strengthening mutual support and academic activities among hospitals, encouraging the corporation with superior hospitals.
2.Importing enterprise management way to improve management performance of the hospital.
3.Strengthening the united management with superior hospitals
4.Improving hospital’s management, overcoming law restriction and building a better communication channel.
