This study takes small and medium electronic industry in Taiwan as research objects. The purpose of this study is to discuss the influence of strategies(Miles & Snow, 1978)on the relationship of the degree of top managers support training and organizational performance by questionnaire.

We also found that when adopting defender, prospector or analyzer strategy, there is no significant relationship between the degree of top managers support training and business performance; when adopting analyzer strategy, the negative relationship between the degree of top managers support training and turnover is stronger than prospector and defender strategy; when adopting analyzer strategy, the negative relationship between the degree of top managers support training and product defected rate is stronger than prospector and defender strategy.
This study could help managers to know that the relationship between the degree of top managers support training and organizational performance under different business strategies. The results could also be provided for reference in execution in the near future.
