  • 臺灣雖以農立國,但隨著經濟起飛、商業型態的轉變,農業面臨土地流失、從業人口急速老化與斷層等問題。農業轉型為必然之趨勢,除政府支持外,資源有限的農民又該如何主動因應這轉型趨勢、商業模式之變革。

    本個案係描述個案主角在市場趨勢中洞察並掌握機會、在企業平順時期察覺風險,拼湊著既有資源,做最有效運用,以達成企業轉型的目的,甚至影響竹子湖與萬里地區之地方產業型態發展,引領地方特色觀光風潮。

    本研究採哈佛個案教學方式撰寫,藉由個案內容,討論創業家精神、企業轉型、資源拼湊及商業生態系統等議題。透過一位資源缺乏的小農,瞭解如何洞察機會與風險,掌握時機並運用資源拼湊方式進行轉型,最後影響整個商業生態系統,創造互利價值與共榮。


    Although Taiwan was established by taking agriculture as the foundation, agriculture industry still faced land loss and rapidly aging population and faults after the economic take-off and changing of business models. The transformation of agriculture industry is an inevitable trend, how should farmers without sufficient resources proactively respond to this transformation of trend and change of business model in addition to the support of government?

    This case is describing the insight and the seize of opportunities of the main character, awaring risks in the smooth period of corporation and collaging resources to reach efficiency, ultimately meet the goal of enterprise transformation. Moreover, this even affected Zhuzihu and the WanLi area’s development, led to a tourism trend of regional feature.

    This paper was written in the way of Harvard business case, discussing entrepreneurship, enterprise transformation, resource bricolage and business ecosystem issues…etc. Learn how to gain insight into opportunities and risks through a small farmer with limited resources, grasp opportunities and use resource bricolage to transform, and finally affect the entire business ecosystem, creating mutually beneficial value and co-prosperity.
