  • EPC(Engineering、Procurement、Construction)公司在現今新科技驅動的產業轉型與競爭下,引進智能助理成為重要的議題。本研究以科技接受模式(TAM)為研究之架構,加入安全性及便利性兩個構面探討採購同仁與智能助理協同工作的態度與配合意願,分析可能的影響因素。調查對象則為國內EPC公司相關採購同仁,蒐集94份有效問卷,以Smart PLS方法驗證假說。
    結果顯示,採購同仁對與智能助理進行協同工作的使用意願顯著,而影響其意願的因素有知覺有用性、知覺易用性、安全性及便利性。本研究建議未來導入智能助理同仁時,可強化這些因素,以增加同仁的接受意願,並提升其與智能助理協同工作的成效。


    In recent years, with the new technology, and the globalization increasingly complicate and tense up the international EPC company market. Thus there is a demand for the introduction and application of AI or intellectual assistants to meet the needs solve ensuring every problem. With TAM as a research model, the study will probe the attitudes and cooperation intentions of procurement in co-working with intelligent assistants in terms of information security and convenience. All possible influencing factors are also under analysis. The survey targets are procurements from EPC company, collecting 94 valid questionnaires, and verified the model by Smart PLS.
    In summary, for the procurements, the willingness to co-work with intelligent assistants is significant. The influencing factors include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, information security and convenience. The results of the study suggest possible enhancement of the above mentioned factors, so as to increase the willingness and the effectiveness of collaborative work with intelligent assistants.
