高齡化是先進國家普遍發生的現象，臺灣即將在2018 年成為高齡社會，2026 年將成為超高齡社會。轉變時間較快，高齡化速度將超過歐洲、美國、日本等國家。反映出銀髮族與行動不便者族群將逐漸擴大，親屬的負擔及壓力將持續加重，尋求協助的需求也將持續增加，因此這是一個刻不容緩的重要社會議題，需要共同克服與解決。

紀錄片編導許佐夫先生，發現國內對於無障礙接送服務付之闕如，發揮創業家精神，在2009 年成立臺灣第一家民營社會企業「多扶接送」，提供無障礙接送服務，透過社會創新的社會影響力，努力讓臺灣成為亞洲無障礙旅遊的最佳示範地區。

發展商業模式創新，讓成立於2016 年的「多扶假期」，成為全臺唯一同時具備醫療
輔具、小客車租賃、旅行社三張執照的旅行社，提供全方位專業的旅遊服務。以左右開
弓的經營模式，左手解決行動不便者基本行的問題；右手提供貼心管家隨行的旅遊服務，
採用「多扶假期」的盈餘補貼賠本經營的醫療接送服務，不僅能夠同時解決兩個不同層
次的社會問題，亦可達成社會企業自給自足，永續發展。

Population ageing is a common phenomenon in developed countries. Taiwan will soon become an aged society in 2018, and even turn to be a hyper-aged society in 2026. The aging rate is higher than Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries. Family members will suffer the great pressure of taking care of the elders and therefore results in increasing the demand for assistance. It is an urgent and important social issue that needs to be overcome and resolved.

The documentary director, Mr. Jeff Xu (許佐夫), found that it was short of transportation service for physical challenged people in Taiwan. Therefore, he changed his career and established Duofu Care & Service Co., Ltd. in 2009 and it is the first private accessible transport company in Taiwan. Duofu takes the mission of enabling Taiwan to become the best country in Asia for disabled travelers through social innovation and social impact.

Mr. Jeff Xu applied business model innovation and established Duofu Holiday, the only
travel agency has medical assistive devices, car rental, and travel agency licenses in Taiwan, in 2016 and provides a full range of professional travel services. By running the business with ambidexterity, the left hand is to provide the service for wheelchair-users to control and manage their life independently; the right hand is to provide the tailor-made and steward accompanying travel services. It can not only achieve the mission of solving two different levels of social problems, but also fix the critical problem to make social enterprise self-sustainable through the revenue from Duofu Holiday subsidizes the loss came from Duofu Care & Service providing the
medial accessible transportation service.
