隨著科技的快速成長，人們利用會利用不同的設備帶來極大的便利也越來越依賴這些設備，尤其是電子電機及無線通訊設備，而這些設備運作時會產生電磁波，能量過於強大的電磁波會對這些設備產生互相干擾情況，各國家紛紛建立電磁相容性的測試標準及測試要求，為了就是要保護其國內消費者、家畜、財產及環境。
本個案公司為測試、檢驗和認證產業中知名的臺灣分公司，總公司在德國，在全球70個國家設立分公司，已深耕臺灣34餘年，2016年11月成立第一個電磁相容實驗室，因為國際認證程序發生重大變化，美國聯邦通信委員會公告不再接受中國、印度、菲律賓、泰國等實驗室測試結果，即將面臨中國分公司的大量分包，必須要在2017年前取得ISO/IEC 17025實驗室品質認證，臺灣分公司電磁相容性實驗室成員要如何導入ISO/IEC 17025實驗室品質管理系統，利用內部稽核、現場改善方法做到良好的品質管理並且取得實驗室品質認證為探討個案主軸。

With the speed up growth of technological, people use different devices to get more convenience. People also rely more and more on these devices, especially electronic and wireless communication devices. But these devices generate electromagnetic waves during operation, and sufficiently strong electromagnetic radiation it will be mutual interference between these devices. Various countries have established electromagnetic compatibility standards and requirements in order to protect their domestic consumers, livestock, property and environment.
In this study case, this Taiwan company is belonging a branch of well-known brand which is in the testing, inspection and certification industry. The headquarter is in Germany and has established branches in 70 countries in global. It has been cultivating in Taiwan for more than 34 years. The first electromagnetic compatibility laboratory was established in November 2016 due to certification process has undergone major changes. The reason is Federal Communications Commission announced that it will no longer accept laboratory test results from China, India, Philippines and Thailand. Taiwan office face a large number of subcontracts from China and they must obtain ISO/IEC17025 laboratory quality certification by 2017.
We will discuss this company how to import quality management system of ISO/IEC 17025 to members of the electromagnetic compatibility laboratory of the Taiwan branch, and set internal audits and on-site improvement methods to achieve good quality management and obtain laboratory quality certification.
