  • 工業通訊產業面對強大的竸爭環境,在眾多產品的維護以及新應用技術產品的開發,考驗著企業與研發部門對於有限資源的調配與運用。數位分身技術應用可進行過去、現在及未來的問題診斷、維護及趨勢預測分析結果,提供全面性解決方案,以達成企業提升營運及生產力效率,並有效降低營運及開發成本,進一步提高自身於市場的竸爭力。本研究透過研發策略技術藍圖之研擬,依據市場趨勢,將市場與技術需求結合,找到組織內部資源與技術缺口,導入數位分身概念應用,以及整合內、外部資源,進行創新應用技術的技術策略推進與管理。在面對更強大的竸爭環境下,能快速且正確的完成新技術應用產品以及維護現有營運產品的上市,規劃未來3~5年的研發藍圖。


    Industrial communication Industry in the face of a more powerful competition environment in the future, the maintenance of many products and the development of new application technology products that test the deployment and use of limited resources by enterprises and R&D departments. The application of digital twin technology can perform past, present and future problem diagnosis, maintenance, and trend prediction analysis results, and provide comprehensive solutions to achieve the improvement of enterprise operation and productivity efficiency, and effectively reduce operation and development costs, and further improve their competitiveness in the market. This study has been researched and developed strategy and technology blueprints to effectively integrate the market and technology needs according to the current market trends, finding the internal resources and technology gaps in the organization. It also introduces the concept of digital twin applications, and integrates internal and external resources for innovative technology strategies to promote and manage. In the face of a stronger competition environment, it can quickly and correctly complete the launch of new technology application products and maintain existing operating products, and plan the R&D blueprint for the next 3 to 5 years.
