  • 反向跳是一項常用於監測籃球選手爆發力的測試。瞬發上搏是一項舉重相關的動作,其作用主要是訓練下肢肌肉的力量,旨在優化運動員的力量與速度,有助於增強垂直向上跳躍的力量與能力提升。本研究召募職業籃球選手做個案報告,所有選手均接受下肢爆發力評估及重量訓練動作技術分析之先期研究,計算反向跳以及懸垂式上搏時運動學與動力學參數,再進行個案報告。本研究藉由優秀籃球職業選手之三維動作分析數據提供重量訓練以及球隊定期評估科學性之參考。為了預防運動傷害或傷後進行訓練以重返場上的觀點來看,為了定義出高強度上搏動作中合適的負荷重量,需要清楚了解到動作過程中動力學與運動學的模式。在力量強力產生和高功率輸出的運動項目中,爆發推進的力量是影響運動表現的關鍵因素之一,例如舉重及其衍生動作皆需要高功率的輸出。未來建議在訓練應用面上參考本先期研究優秀職業選手之個案報告,輔助探討提升運動員最大力量的輸出應包括的生物力學指標,以數據來擬定訓練的最佳負荷,有助於面對各種不同的舉重動作及其衍生動作仍然存在著的許多爭議客觀的討論,並在指導處方上提供動作技術之指引。


    Counter-movement jump is one of the commonly used tests for monitoring explosive performance in basketball. Power clean is a set of weightlifting derivatives for its effect mainly to train muscular power in the lower limbs aiming to optimize the force-velocity profile of athletes which would be helpful for enhancing vertical jump from performance enhancement perspective. This study recruited professional basketball players. All subjects perform countermovement jump and hang power clean as preliminary study for the evaluation of explosive power and technical analysis of weight training movements by calculating the kinematics and kinetic parameters during movement. Case reports were performed as for injury prevention or training for return to sports perspective, defining an optimal load for a high intensity clean may require a full understanding of kinetic and kinematic patterns during movement. Key findings indicated that for performance involving high force production and high-power outputs such as weightlifting and its derivatives required proper coordination of lower limbs, high force development capacity, consistent movement strategies, and proper bar and body COM spatial relationships as well as safe landing techniques Whether an athlete’s maximum power output can be developed is also suggested to include proper determination of optimal training load to help better solve issues remains to be controversial for various kinds of different weightlifting exercises and their derivatives. Hopefully, the methods used in the current study and the case reports will be helpful for future researches and can reveal useful information for training guidance.
