為有效預防火災發生頻率，降低火災風險，我國建築消防法規對各類場所消防安全設備及防火避難設施設置等均有明文規定，要求各場所依法制定場所消防防護計畫，並定期派員實施檢查。在降低火災風險的措施中，除了場所應提供可正常使用的消防安全設備及防火避難設施，加強消防教育與宣導也很重要。
校園作為傳承教育之場所，除了教育專業知識，校方對於校園內各場所的消防安全設備及防火避難設施的設置及維護也都不遺餘力。本研究以大學校園為研究對象，以「消防防護計畫」中的「防火避難自行檢核表」作為研究工具。分別以臺灣科技大學在消防安全檢查當下製作的「消防防護計畫」，與本研究在消防安全檢查時隔半年後，再檢核並製作的「消防防護計畫」作為研討對象，比對兩者的檢核成果，並分析消防安全維護執行的現況提出探討與建議。
從研究結果得知，校園消防安全在實施檢查半年後，校園消防安全程度有所下降，下降原因主要是受到使用者行為影響，一但有狀況發生，管理者無法即時得知訊息並馬上處理狀況，導致建築場所暴露在火災風險下。因此本研究除了針對使用行為提出管理制度上的建議，並展示將消防計劃表格圖示化與立體化，以利於使用者判斷逃生路線的方式，最後也對未來消防防護計畫提出了延伸應用。

In order to effectively prevent the frequency of fires and reduce the risk of fires, my country's building fire protection regulations have express provisions on fire safety equipment and fire escape facilities for various sites, requiring each site to formulate site fire protection plans in accordance with the law, and regularly dispatch personnel to carry out inspections. . In the measures to reduce fire risk, in addition to providing normal fire safety equipment and fire escape facilities, it is also important to strengthen fire education and publicity.
As a place for inheriting education, the school has spared no effort in setting up and maintaining fire safety equipment and fire escape facilities in various places on the campus, in addition to professional knowledge of education. This study takes the university campus as the research object, and uses the "Fire Evacuation Self-Checklist" in the "Fire Protection Plan" as the research tool. Taking the "fire protection plan" produced by National Taiwan University of Science and Technology during the fire safety inspection, and the "fire protection plan" reviewed and produced after the fire safety inspection in this study after half a year as the research objects, they compared the two. According to the inspection results of the people, and analyze the current situation of fire safety maintenance implementation, put forward discussions and suggestions.
From the research results, it is known that after the implementation of campus fire safety inspection for half a year, the level of campus fire safety has declined. The reason for the decline is mainly affected by the behavior of users. Once a situation occurs, managers cannot immediately know the information and deal with the situation immediately. , exposing the building site to fire risks. Therefore, in addition to making recommendations on the management system for the use behavior, this study also shows the way to visualize and three-dimensionally visualize the fire plan table to facilitate users to judge the escape route. Finally, it also proposes an extended application for future fire protection plans.
