作番管理是日本語「ｻｸﾏﾝ」直翻過來的漢字，以中文來說全文是製造番號管理，是日本製造業經常使用的管理手法。過去大量生產大量消費的時代，很多問題著重在如何提高生產達成率，出貨成功率等等生產線上的問題，庫存問題存在但容易被忽視，現今顧客需求還是存在，但是有更多樣性的產品可供選擇，因此庫存問題逐漸成為企業降低成本的首要問題，能夠有效的降低庫存，成本也能明顯的節省。
作番管理是源自日本豐田式管理 JIT，更著重在庫存管理，也因為庫存被有效的管理，生產流程也相對的更加順暢，但是目前並沒有完整的導入步驟，因此本論文的目的就是對作番管理導入流程進行整理，並依照ERP 的導入為設計基礎並利用訪談應用作番管理成功的個案公司進行驗證與建構導入步驟與說明導入後所帶來的效益。

ｻｸﾏﾝ management was Japanese language direct translation to Chinese character.
This management is like mix Lot control and Batch management. It is the often
application in Japanese Manufacturing.
During the past, supply less than demand, a lot of producing and selling let
inventory problem not significant. But now customer has many style choices at one
product. The enterprise doesn’t have many stocks in the warehouse. Decreasing stocks
is the enterprise’s first target in this time.
ｻｸﾏﾝ management was come from JIT and the objective is how to let inventory
problem can be management. The concept in ｻｸﾏﾝ management is also easy to
understand. But has no one reference to build correct and clear application steps. So in
this thesis we want to build it, the management of the design steps are based on ERP
process. And we test and verify the steps through interview the company that they
succeed to importing ｻｸﾏﾝ management.
