  •   2021年3月藝術家Beeple的作品在佳士得以6900多萬美元(約台幣19億)售出,加上COVID-19的推波助瀾下,投資人對避險資產興趣提升,因此引起更多人關注加密貨幣、非同質化代幣(NFT) 與去中心化金融(DeFi),造成虛擬世界的投資風潮爆發。去中心化自治組織(DAO) 可以增加區塊鏈技術、DeFi與NFT的應用,因此DAO的參與人數隨之快速成長。
      然而至今學術界對於DAO的定義仍無共識,因此本研究文獻探討從DAO的起源、過去學者對DAO的定義與組成要素,初步統整出5個共同的組成要素。另外,透過對5位專家學者的訪談,針對專家回覆進行歸納分析,整合並提出新的5個關鍵組成要素,以三個不同規模與性質的DAO為例說明。
      此外,本研究透過專家的回覆建議,歸納出兩個DAO的發展階段,並將關鍵組成要素納入,提出一個DAO發展階段參考架構,以補齊過去學術較無著墨的方向,最後提出本研究之限制與建議。


      In March 2021, an artistic work of Beeple was sold at Christie’s for more than US$69 million. Because of COVID-19, investors’ interest in safe-haven assets has increased, and caused more attention to cryptocurrencies, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Resulting an explosion of investment in the crypto world. DAO can increase the application of blockchain technology, DeFi and NFTs, so the number of participants in DAOs has grown rapidly.
      However, there is still no consensus on the definition of DAO. Therefore, this research paper explores the origin, definition and components of DAO by past scholars, and initially unifies five common components. Through interviewed with five experts and scholars, we summarized and analyzed the expert responses, and proposed five new key components, using three DAOs of different scales and types as examples.
      In addition, this study summarizes two stages of DAO development through the expert responses and incorporates the key components to propose a reference framework for DAO development stages to complement previous academic directions that have not been covered. Finally, the limitations and recommendations of this study are presented.
