  • 企業流程管理是指將企業組織中與流程管理相相關之活動或流程功能,透過資訊系統導入流程的執行與改善,藉以提升企業內部的運作效率及企業外部的競爭力。隨著全球市場的區域化,市場的競爭越來越激烈,在資訊系統的發展趨勢之下,而且全球的資源越來越匱乏的情況下,為了增加企業在市場上的競爭能力,就要持續不斷地透過企業流程來提升企業的生產效率,使其能夠維持產品的競爭優勢。透過企業流程管理系統導入,企業內部不但可以更快速的簽核相關的文件,也能夠得到更專業深入地的企業資訊,更可以達成企業營運成本的降低與提升服務效率的策略目標。
    從文獻方面的研究與探討後,本研究從企業流程導入定義開始著手,並藉由其定義為基礎,一步一步揭開流程的神秘面紗,使其能夠了解流程導入的關鍵因素。在實務上,並透過Twy公司導入企業流程過程,確認是否與其關鍵因素相符合。期盼經過本研究所產生的研究成果可以提供部分的中小型製造產業,在導入企業流程時的參考,可以使其降低資企業流程導入時所遭遇的風險,提升流程導入的成功機會。


    Business Process Management refers to the activities or process functions related to process management in the enterprise organization, and the implementation and improvement of the import process through the information system, so as to improve the operational efficiency within the enterprise and the competitiveness of the outside of the enterprise. With the regionalization of the global market, the competition of the market is more and more fierce, under the development trend of information systems, and the global resources are increasingly scarce, in order to increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, it is necessary to continuously improve the production efficiency of enterprises through Business processes, so that they can maintain the competitive advantage of products. Through the introduction of Business Process Management system, the enterprises can not only sign off the relevant documents more quickly, but also get more professional and in-depth enterprise information, but also can achieve the enterprise operating costs reduction and improve service efficiency strategy objectives.
    From the literature research and discussion, this study starts from the Business Process Management definition, and based on its definition, step by step to unlock the process mystery, so that it can understand the key factors of process import. In practice, and through Twy to import Business Process Management, confirm compliance with its key factors. It is hoped that the research results produced by this study can provide some of the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry, in the introduction of business process reference, can make it reduce the risk encountered in the process import of enterprises, improve the success of process import opportunities.
