This study exploring the factors which influencing the full-time worker’s smart
phone email usage, there are two steps of this research : 1. Exploring the full time
worker’s feeling and ways of using the smart phone mobile email by semi-structured
interview. 2. Design a questionnaire and collect the samples, and analyze the data to
find out the relationships between the feeling of mobile email usage and the frequency
of the mobile email usage.

The sample of this study focus on the full-time workers who use smart phone ,
collected 349 valid samples , there are some key findings as following :the clearness
of the smart phone’s screen is positive to both of the perceived usefulness and
perceived ease of use ; if the boss and clients expected users for quick response of the
email , then it will increase the frequency of mobile email reply in a day ; if the users
prefer replying the email by desktop due to some etiquette reason , then it will
decrease the frequency of the mobile email usage .
For managerial implication , this research helps manager to find out the way to
build a policy of smart phone email usage and improve the efficiency of the teamwork
communication .
