本研究主要目的為應用計畫性行為理論探討台灣科技大學學生參與網路教學評鑑之行為。本研究採問卷調查法，以國立台灣科技大學學生為研究對象，共計回收1217份有效問卷。
研究結果顯示：
一、學生不同「性別」、「學院」、「年級」在態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、過去行為、參與網路教學評鑑的意願上有顯著差異。而上網時數是沒有顯著差異的。
二、學生使用網路教學評鑑之「態度」對其「參與網路教學評鑑的意願」有顯著正相關。
三、學生使用網路教學評鑑之「主觀規範」對其「參與網路教學評鑑的意願」有顯著正相關。
四、學生使用網路教學評鑑之「知覺行為控制」對其「參與網路教學評鑑的意願」有顯著正相關。
五、學生使用網路教學評鑑之「過去行為」對其「參與網路教學評鑑的意願」有顯著正相關。
依據以上之研究結果，提出相關建議以供各大專院校行政人員以及後續研究者之參考。

The main purpose of this study was using the theory of planned behavior to investigate the factors affecting the students’ behavior for using online evaluation of instruction. Questionnaires were used to collect data in this study. A sample of 1217 students from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology completed a questionnaire.
The results of the study are showed as follows：
1. The “gender”, “major” and “year” of the students have caused significant differences in attitudes, perceived subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, past behaviors, and the intentions of using online evaluation of instruction. However, with different “online hours used”, there was no differences found in those variables.
2. The “attitudes” of student used online evaluation of instruction has positive significant correlation with the intentions of using online evaluation of instruction.
3. The “perceived subjective norms” of student used online evaluation of instruction has positive significant correlation with the intention of using online evaluation of instruction.
4. The “perceived behavioral control” of student used online evaluation of instruction has positive significant correlation with the intention of using online evaluation of instruction.
5. The “past behaviors” of student used online evaluation of instruction also has positive significant correlation with the intention of using online evaluation of instruction.
Finally, according to the results of the study, implications and suggestions for the school administrators and future researches are provided.
