供應鏈管理攸關企業競爭力，如何從危機事件中迅速復原，至關重要。 本
論文以哈佛個案形式撰寫，討論之個案公 司是一家立足於臺灣，行銷全世界的電
競產品企業，在一次偶然的機會中，由於位於荷蘭的第三方物流片面解約，造成
個案公司在面對歐洲市場的需求上捉襟見肘，迫使個案中的經理人得做出進一步
的決策。本研究藉由個案公司面臨換倉的情境與疫情時代下的市場需求，除對電
子與通訊產業的因應有初步的了解外，在個案情境內還涉及了總體環境、企業策
略、供應鏈管理、供應鏈恢復力與倉儲管理等議題。由個案故事深入淺出的了解，
再由教學角度的逐一剖析，帶領讀者了解個案公司的經營問題，集思廣益，產生
出更好的方案，並共同為個案公司在後疫情時代下的供應鏈管理 提出建言。

Company G is a company based in Taiwan and marketing e-sports products all over the world.
