  • 本研究採用混合式模糊多準則決策法(Fuzzy MCDM)分析台灣銀行業金融證照供需的影響因素。首先,本研究經由腦力激盪、文獻回顧和相關領域專家討論後,建立評估準則及層級架構。然後再以專家問卷結合模糊網路層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Network Process, FANP)及模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP),計算各評估指標的權重值。最後,使用折衷排序法(VIKOR)獲得各評估方案排序。
    研究結果顯示,就主構面而言,需求面和供給面重要性明顯高於中介平台。就次構面而言,前三名的指標為產業契合度、政府機關與法規、就業機會。就證照方案的排名來說,信託業務人員專業能力測驗為方案之首,銀行內控與內稽測驗、結構型商品銷售人員專業能力測驗、理財規劃人員專業能力測驗並列次之。希望此結果有助於金融機構在人力資源及政策的調整,並提供報考銀行金融證照之應試者參考依據。


    In this study, there are three components, namely, supply, demand and the intermediary unit, and eleven elements and ten alternatives in the decision model. The empirical results, which are derived from the adoption of hybrid fuzzy MCDM methods, i.e., FAHP, FANP and VIKOR, are as follows. First, the demand side and supply side have distinctly higher weights than the intermediary unit. This suggests that the financial certificate’s contents should fit between the supply perspective and the demand perspective. Second, on the demand side, “Employment Opportunity” is the most important element, on the supply side, “Industry Fit” is the most important element and on the intermediary unit, “Taiwan authority and regulation” has the highest value. Third, by concluding the overall weights of the eleven elements, the ranking of the weights reveals that industry fit has the highest value, Taiwan authority and regulations has the second highest value; and employment opportunity has the third highest value. Finally, the Proficiency Test for the Trust Operations Personnel has the highest value among the ten financial certificates following the evaluation model.
