  • 在全球化經濟的競爭環境中,快速回應市場需求、整合上、下游合作廠商的商業流程、並能彈性地調整商業規則,是企業生存與持續發展的關鍵能力。然而,流程的改變不會停止,但是企業績效卻會受到變動的流程以及靈活性的控制能力所影響。服務導向架構有望解決許多現有架構的限制,整合在企業之間的資訊系統或是提昇不能夠快速適應內、外部不斷變化需求的資訊系統能力,提高企業敏捷性進而影響企業績效。因此本研究以服務導向資訊科技能力探討對企業敏捷性與企業績效的影響。
    本研究以天下雜誌2012調查台灣一千大製造業、五百大服務業、一百大金融業的資訊部門主管為研究對象,以郵寄問卷進行調查。研究結果顯示:(1) 服務導向資訊科技能力:IT敏捷性、IT相互操作性、IT模組化、IT可重用性、以及IT可擴展性,這五個構面之中,「IT敏捷性」、「IT相互操作性」、「IT可擴展性」對「企業敏捷性」呈現顯著的影響效果。(2) 「企業敏捷性」在「企業績效」與「IT敏捷性」、「IT相互操作性」、「IT可擴展性」之間具有中介效果(3)「企業敏捷性」對「企業績效」呈現顯著的影響效果。因此,本研究建議企業,持續提昇良好的資訊科技能力,在導入服務導向架構時,應同時進行治理與降低日後系統整體之複雜性,進而提昇企業敏捷性並獲得較佳的企業績效。


    In a globalized competitive environment the key skills of enterprise survival and continued development include rapid responses to market demands, integration of upstream and downstream partners of the business processes, and the flexibly to adjust business rules. However, the processes will never stop changing but firm performance will be continually be affected by changing processes and agility. The Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is expected to solve many of the existing infrastructure limitations. It involves the integration of the information systems between firms: upstream and downstream. SOA also enhances the abilities of information systems to be able to quickly adapt to internal and external changes. So the purpose of this paper is to discuss the influence of Service-Oriented IT capabilities on firm agility and firm performance.
    This paper investigates the top 1000 Taiwanese manufacturers, top 500 Taiwanese services, and top 100 Taiwanese finances issued by Commonwealth magazine of Taiwan in 2012. The results of the investigation indicated that: (1) “IT Agility”, “IT Interoperability”, and “IT Scalability” has a significant effect on “Firm Agility”. (2) “Firm Agility” has a mediating effect in “Firm Performance” between “IT Agility”, “IT Interoperability” and “IT Scalability”. (3) “Firm Agility” has a significant effect on “Firm Performance”. Therefore, firms should keep improving their IT capabilities. Using governance and reducing a systems complexity when firms adopt Service-Oriented Architecture will enhance firm agility and firm performance.
