智慧化社會的時代,目前仍然有部分小型商家企業採用紙本方式的打卡機來做人員的鐘點計時而非電子化打卡,因此本研究將實作一個成本較低的方式來實踐豐富化的打卡方式以及包含人員管理系統的帄台。本系統目的是實作電子打卡系統,紀錄員工上下班的時間以及整體人員的控管。利用成本低廉實用的嵌入式開發版Raspberry Pi3做為伺服器以及打卡機的本體,將分配人員識別證(Mifare卡)搭配無線射頻識別技術(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)與RFID標籤來實踐。以每日紀錄調查員工的出勤狀況,也有以月為主的圖表看出員工的出缺勤以及加班時數的圖表,讓業者一目瞭然員工的狀況。此外也有做階層控管的系統,上級管控下級的考核、薪水......等等。
In the era of intelligent society, there are still some small business enterprises that use paper-based punching machines to do the hourly counting of personnel instead of electronic punching. Therefore, this study will implement a low-cost way to practice enriched punching. Ways and platforms that include people management systems.The purpose of this system is to implement an electronic punching system that records the time employees go to work and the control of the overall personnel. Using the low-cost and practical embedded development version of Raspberry Pi3 as the server and the body of the punch card, the personnel identification card (Mifarecard) is equipped with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and RFID tags. The daily record of the employee's attendance status, as well as the monthly-based chart to see the employee's absence and overtime hours chart, so that the industry can see the status of the staff at a glance. In addition, there is also a system for class management, the upper level controls the assessment of lower levels, salary... and so on.
