個案為青年茶農阿昇於2013年返鄉學習製茶工藝，準備接下父執輩辛苦經營一生的製茶場。過程中發現最終茶湯的品質始終無法維持一定水準想要改變的過程，而在過程中遇到了資源匱乏、兩代之間的溝通與衝突，改善的對策施行後仍遇到瓶頸等問題。
在此個案中，青農阿昇在收集了許多製茶知識並上了許多農改場的專業課程，透過詢問過茶葉產銷班的前輩們製茶相關的技巧，並與許多年紀相仿的青農互相交流心得。也成功的化解與父親間的衝突進而開始進行茶園管理與製茶工藝的改良，在經過一連串的觀察、研究與嘗試後，成功的將茶葉的喉韻與香氣維持在一定的水準，翻轉舊式製茶廠多產多銷的模式，進而創造出更高的利潤。
本個案研究案透過資源拼湊來整合資源用於新目的，用衝突管理來讓改變能順利推行，再用KT決策法來融合傳統與現代農業技術，最後才能創造出屬於青農的商業模式。

In 2013, young farmer Ah Sheng, returned to hometown to learn the technique of tea manufacturing, preparing to take over his father's tea farm that he had worked hard all his life. During the course of study, he found that the quality of the tea brew could not be maintained at a certain level and wanted to change it. In process of he encountered problems such as lack of resources, communication and conflicts between two generations. After the improvement measures are implemented, there are still bottlenecks and other problems.
In this case, the young farmer, Ah Sheng, collected a lot of tea manufacturing knowledge and attended many professional courses in the agricultural reform field, asked the seniors in the tea production and marketing unit about tea manufacturing skills, and exchanged ideas with many young farmers of similar age. He also successfully resolved the conflict with his father and started to improve tea farm management and tea manufacturing technology. After a series of observation, research and experimentation, he succeeded in maintaining a certain level of tea brew. reversing the old tea factory model of producing more tea and selling more tea, and creating higher profits.
In this case study, resources bricolage are used to integrate resources for new purposes, conflict management for smooth implementation of changes, and KT decision matrix to integrate traditional and modern farming techniques, and finally a business model belonging to young farmers can be created.
