企業中有眾多不同種類、年分與金額的合約內容，當每一個合約需要續約、修改及審核時會造成許多人力成本與時間上的投入，因此可以藉智能合約設定預定條件，若符合條件，則立即執行合約程式，即可快速完成合約程序。
本論文將透過個案訪談的方式來探討智能合約在金融業的B2B上實際運用情況、面臨的問題為何與未來發展。如今已經有許多研究提出智能合約在保險理賠、醫療及P2P借貸的運用，但當跳脫單一產業時，智能合約是否同樣能適用於不同產業B2B的合約上？本研究認為智能合約在B2B上運行不只能減少企業間眾多合約的執行處裡時間，也能透過區塊鏈的特性確保企業雙方的信任。

There are many different types, years and amounts of contract content in the enterprise. When each contract needs to be renewed, revised and audited, it will cause a lot of labor cost and time investment. Therefore, the smart contract can be used to set the predetermined conditions. If the contract program can be executed immediately, the contract procedure can be completed quickly.
This paper will explore the actual use of smart contracts in the B2B of the financial industry through case interviews, the problems and future development. There are many studies proposed the use of smart contracts for insurance claims, medical care and P2P lending. Can smart contracts be applied to B2B contracts in different industries? This study believes that the operation of smart contracts on B2B can not only reduce the time in the execution of many contracts between enterprises, but also ensure the trust of both parties through the characteristics of the blockchain.
