Library does not standardize the cover format. Please follow your department when creating your own cover page. You can print black-and-white or color、double-sided or single-sided of your thesis. However, if your thesis is a long one, we recommend you to print in double-sided.
​●【PhD】: Hardcover. Cover color → Red.
​●【Master】：Paperback or Hardcover are acceptable.
    Cover color of Paperback → department rules. Cover of Hardcover → black.

Please follow your department when creating your own cover page.

Your thesis paper don't have to add watermark! If you want to insert watermark in thesis, you need to add watermark by yourself.

​Make Changes to Your Approved E-Thesis/Dissertation or Paper copy.

If you plan to apply a patent or submission for publication ,be sure to download Delay Electronic Thesis/Dissertations System Abstract Request Form. 

1.Access settings for PDF: In the ETD File Upload Step 3.

2.Print Copy embargo: Attach application form and supporting document (2copies) within your paper thesis/ dissertation (but not bind).

If you want to delay public access to your printed thesis/ dissertation. Please login the  "Embargo of printed Thesis/Dissertation system" to fill in information, and print application form and supporting document (2copies). Attach them within your paper thesis/ dissertation (but not bind). One copy is for the department, the other is for the university library.
