  • 脊椎側彎是一種脊椎產生變異的疾病,主要分為側彎及旋轉,發生年齡主要是兒童與青少年這兩個階段,其主要是因此兩階段正值骨骼發育成長。發生脊椎側彎的原因有許多可能,但目前沒有一個很確定發生脊椎側彎的原因,因此在治療上有許多說法,如運動治療、背架輔具治療、開刀治療…等,背架矯正是一種非侵入式的矯正為一般兒童與青少年主要選擇的治療方式,在傳統矯正脊椎側彎背架上要如何有效的矯正脊椎側彎,目前仍是有許多理論與方法。
    本論文的目的在開發適用於脊椎側彎的數位量測系統及用3D列印製造出脊椎側彎背架同時制定出一套標準作業流程,在矯正脊椎側彎上是能夠精準治療脊椎側彎病患,因此需從量測、取模、修模到最後的製造都要不斷規劃與測試改良。本研究同時針對現今在矯正脊椎側彎在臨床上的缺點,考慮脊椎側彎的患者其常常伴隨下肢的問題及矯正背架在穿戴背架上的不適,並結合現今熱門的3D列印技術,讓脊椎側彎矯正能夠更加的有效。依據不同患者建構客製化的量測方式以及脊椎側彎背架的設計,研究中經過有限元素分析、改良,透過3D列印來確認背架製作的可行性同時來佐證研究中量測系統及背架的設計的效果,並將理論轉變成實作,真實地做出樣品,進而規劃模擬評估其整體的可行性,建構數位化量測系統以及3D列印脊椎側彎背架的平台,藉此改進傳統製造脊椎側彎的量測與製造。
    依據規劃的標準流程,加上實際的打樣成品的設計修改,目前的成果是具有可行性。經由3D列印及有限元素分析的結果證實本研究的設計未來確實可以改善脊椎側彎背架的舒適、透氣及輕量化。


    Scoliosis is a spine variant of the disease, the current object for children and adolescents the most common, mainly bone growth and development in children and adolescents stages. There are many reasons for the occurrence of scoliosis, it is no definite reason. Brace is the general choice of scoliosis treatment (exercise, brace, surgery) that there are many other brace theories to correct scoliosis on how to effectively correct scoliosis.
    The purpose of paper is to develop design SOP(Standard Operation Procedure) for a digital measurement system and a brace of scoliosis with 3D printing, so that the use of correction of the scoliosis is more perfect by measurement, take and repair mold, and manufacturing. In this study, correct clinical disadvantages for scoliosis correction, that with lower limbs problems come scoliosis, wear uncomfortable and connect 3D printing technology by brace, exactly correct scoliosis, according to different patients to build a customized measurement methods and scoliosis scaffolding design. In this study though Finite Element Analysis, improvement and used 3D printing to check the possible for brace design to support measurement system to plan simulation and evaluation for overall feasibility.
    According to the clinical procedures of planning, in addition, prototypes and revises the designs of brace, the achievement has feasibility at present. And then verify that the design of this thesis is really more comfortable, breathable, lightweight than the Scoliosis brace while using via the result of the finite element analysis and 3D printing.
